Product Description

This car is a new type of electric four-wheel sewage suction vehicle used to collect, transfer, clean and transport sludge and sewage, and avoid secondary pollution. The sewage suction vehicle can self suction and discharge, with fast working speed, large capacity, and convenient transportation. It is suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud, and crude oil.
The entire vehicle adopts an all metal cab with fully transparent doors, with a novel and fashionable appearance and a sturdy and durable structure.
The entire vehicle travel control system adopts high-frequency PWM chopping technology, operates silently, and has safety functions such as start delay, reverse deceleration, anti electromagnetic interference, and anti flying. Using a resistive accelerator has a low failure rate and long service life.
The chassis adopts automotive chassis technology, with an integrated axle structure at the front and rear, high load capacity, and hydraulic braking at the front and rear, providing excellent stability and safety.
The tank body is fully enclosed by steel plate rolling forming, and a vacuum pump is driven by a motor to create a vacuum inside the tank body. The liquid substances are sucked into the tank body using the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank body.
The vacuum pump is driven by a 1.5KW motor, which is compact and flexible, with strong maneuverability and stability.
Equipped with EPS electronic steering assistance system, it is easy to operate and flexible.

Defects Liability Period
Starting from the date we ship out the vehicles, we will provide 1 year warranty to all major components and parts on our vehicles, such as chassis, motor, controller, rear axle, wheels, suspensions, dustbib lifter, hydraulic tipping system, suction fan, petrol pump, water tank, electric pump, mist canon, spray gun, speedometer. In the meantime, we provide 6 month warranty to the lead acid battery and its charger, and 1 year warranty to the lithium ion battery and its charger.

Packaging & Shipping

Shipping: Sea shipping in either LCL or FCL are available. We could do regular EXW, FOB and CIF trading terms as per the different needs from our customers.
Packing: A. For LCL sea shipment, usually we would suggest Naked Package - We would wrap all corners and edges of the vehicle with soft packaging materials so that the vehicle could be protected against scratches during sea shipment inside a container. Optional is that we will make a steel cage with a steel pallet to keep the vehicle inside it in order to better protect the vehicle, but the related packaging cost will have to be borne by the buyer.
B. For FCL shipping, we strongly recommend that our customer shall use CKD or SKD loading forms. By doing so, no extra packaging cost will occur and more loading quantities can be achieved. We will take adequate steps to pack and wrap the related vehicle bodies and components so that they could get protected during shipping.
